Driving Lesson Cancellation Policy

At White's Wheels Driving Academy, lesson times are reserved exclusively for each pupil. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent these lesson slots from being offered to other learners. This policy is designed to protect both our pupils and the business by ensuring lesson time is used fairly.

Lesson Cancellations

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange a driving lesson.

• Any lesson cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full lesson fee.

• Lessons cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice may be rearranged without charge, subject to availability.

Failure to Attend (No Show)

• If you fail to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the full lesson fee will remain payable.

• This includes situations where you are not at the agreed collection point, are unavailable when the instructor arrives, or the lesson cannot take place due to circumstances within your control.

Free Introductory Lessons

White's Wheels Driving Academy offers one free introductory lesson to eligible complete beginners.

If a free introductory lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or you fail to attend, the complimentary introductory lesson will be considered used. Any future lessons will be charged at the standard lesson rate.

Lesson Payment

• Lesson fees are payable in advance or at the start of each lesson unless otherwise agreed.

• White's Wheels Driving Academy reserves the right to cancel or postpone any lesson where payment has not been received.

• Block bookings must be paid for before the first lesson unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed.
